The Birkin Legend
The world's most sought-after handbag was first designed in the 1960s. Screen icon Jane Birkin was spotted flying with impractical hand luggage, and the bag was designed just for her. Since then fashion cognoscenti and royalty have sought the bag as the ultimate accessory.
Waiting lists are now up to 8 years long; in most countries they are closed. Prices range from £4,000 for a 30cm calf leather handbag, to over £150,000 for extremely rare diamond encrusted crocodile bags. Produced by craftsmen in Paris, each bag is loving created using the world's finest leathers. All our bags come as they do from a shop: never used, most never even removed from the box.
Handmade in France using French calf leather, ostrich and crocodile skins, the bags come in four sizes: the 30cm, 35cm, and 40cm long, and a shoulder bag.
